If you are using my authsqlite plugin for DokuWiki, you might like to import your existing user base. That's where importauthplain comes in. It's a command line utility which you will use to load the authplain text file into an sqlite database.
If you are on a UNIX system, the easiest way to get it is from the GitHub Repository.
This is a command line program. Unpack the file, open a command terminal, and do your worst. This binary is built for 64 bit windows on an x86 processor. If you're using 32 bit windows or an ARM processor, you're out of luck.
This is a console application. To run it, download it, unpack it, and operate it from the command line.
This program builds without problem from Windows, OSX and Linux, thanks to the magic that is CMake and the universality of C development tools.
git clone https://github.com/ClayDowling/importauthplain.git cd importauthplain mkdir build cd build make make test
If you are on Windows, you will need to download CMake, git, and Microsoft's Visual C++ Express edition. If you are on OSX, you will need to download XCode from the apple store. If you're on a UNIX system you may need to use your package manager to get a build environment, git and CMake.
