Change to register.exe

Do you reckon you could change the logging for register to do this?

Having the users generated code handy makes support a bit easier (not to mention that I could give admins access to the text file without the ability to generate a code).

The Change is Done

Larry,

I found that it was easier just to make this change than package up the source. It will be up on the website in the next couple of days. I'll post a note here when it's online.

No code for register in the

No code for register in the package (that I can see) I looked for a fwrite to the log file. not there!

Possible

That's possible, although I believe that I included the source to Register.exe in the package and you can certainly make that modification yourself.

What's really needed is a more comprehensive customer tracking system, something that will be coming Real Soon Now. I definitely have plans to do such a thing, but I haven't gotten to actually doing it yet.
